Is this the same as Panchakarma?

Swaasthyam often includes selected Panchakarma procedures, but its frame is rejuvenation (Rasayana) and routine reset — not full deep cleansing.

Do I need to stop work during Rasayana Therapy?

Not necessarily. However, adequate rest is an important part of Rasayana Therapy. Depending on the programme and your individual needs, you may be advised to reduce strenuous physical and mental activities, follow a structured daily routine, and prioritise sleep and recovery. Your Ayurvedic physician will guide you on the most appropriate lifestyle measures to support the benefits of the therapy.
